Laboratory Testing
In the BAI-OTT factory, we have a 500 square metre high-quality laboratory, where we carry out 14 different types of tests on rubber products, and we have different testing methods for different materials. We offer a comprehensive diagnostic and analytical service and provide the most appropriate solutions. The rubber testing service includes a series of tests to evaluate the quality, characteristics and performance of rubber materials:
1.Performance test: fabric tape bonding analysis, rubber and metal bonding test, core rubber and wire rope bonding strength test.
2.Physical testing: raw material testing, tensile strength testing, rubber abrasion testing, anti-static testing and other characteristics.
- Chemical analysis: anti-aging test (aging degradation speed of different materials)
